Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach while maintaining an organized pipeline and consistently hitting monthly meeting/opportunity targets
- Serve as HubSpot administrator, maintaining clean and accurate data, building and optimizing workflows, sequences, and sales automation
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels, tracking engagement and adjusting content strategy based on performance
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to ensure top-of-funnel engine runs smoothly and efficiently

Required skills and experience:
- 2-3 years experience as an enterprise SDR (Sales Development Representative)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM administration and operations
- Strong outbound sales execution skills including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Ability to create dashboards, reports, and track pipeline health and team performance

Compensation: Salary range of ~$100,000-$110,000 OTE plus equity. Hybrid work policy with 2-3 days in office.
