What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build the business development arm of the company by advancing funder research and proposal generating capacity for large scale projects
- Lead on B2B efforts to market to and secure leads for new business opportunities with government institutions and socially responsible corporations
- Assist current and prospective nonprofit clients on finding funding solutions for creative communications projects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue and help the business grow

Required skills and qualifications:
- Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful
- Experience generating business-to-business projects and government/philanthropic grants
- Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders including Chief of Social Impact at B corps, Program Officers at family foundations, Directors at County Arts Councils, and board members of social justice nonprofits
- Ability to dig in, cajole, and be effervescent in business development activities
