Mission
What you will drive
- Proactive sales of packaged gases and CryoEase installations to new customers by building product and market knowledge in Industrial Gases market sectors
- Achievement of personal targets for Packaged Gases revenue and CryoEase tanks installed and onstream
- Working with Retail Relationship Managers to achieve annual retail growth targets and development of new retail openings
- Use of CRM tool to maintain a healthy prospect pipeline, record call activities, and process new business acquisition

- Strong commercial focus and good negotiation skills
- Demonstrable track record & prior experience of field-based selling into business-to-business markets using consultative and added value techniques
- Self-motivated and self-directed with proven track record of achievement within a target-driven environment
- Use of IT to enhance communication, business analysis and growth opportunities including Microsoft Office, CRM tool, SAP and Pricing tools
