Business Development Director

• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and grow strong relationships with equipment manufacturers, technology companies, and other partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and drive innovation within product offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product development, marketing, and sales to align partnership objectives and ensure successful execution.

This role contributes to addressing critical challenges like labor shortages, sustainability, and productivity in agriculture and industrial markets by expanding intelligent automation solutions through strategic partnerships.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate development or another business function requiring deal analysis and negotiation.
• Exceptional negotiation, legal document management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer business models, industry trends, and customer needs with analytical mindset for data-driven decision making.
