About the Role

The Business Development Coordinator will support Business Development Managers in the pursuit of new project opportunities by independently managing coordination, tracking, and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in the pursuit of new project opportunities by independently managing coordination, tracking, and administrative workflows
• Track incoming RFPs and client requests, prioritizing actions and flagging risks or gaps to maintain clear visibility on deadlines, requirements, and next steps
• Support proposal development by entering CRM data, maintaining data integrity, and identifying and prioritizing document distribution
• Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency within the Business Development function

This role supports the development of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects that contribute to renewable energy infrastructure and the transition to clean power.

• 1–3 years of related experience in business development, sales support, project coordination, construction, engineering, or renewable energy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $28.61-$33.48 per hour
