What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead generation and outreach through research, industry events, and market activity, maintaining consistent weekly targets to support pipeline growth.
- Client-facing document preparation including proposal writing, marketing material development, and quality control for concept notes and tender responses.
- Client relations support by attending meetings with senior managers, managing follow-up actions, and building rapport with operational and technical teams.
- Market intelligence gathering on competitors and industry developments, plus knowledge management through CRM updates and database maintenance.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- University degree with First Class or Upper Second honors and 3-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, or consulting.
- Experience in writing proposals, concept notes, and creating budgets in response to tenders, with understanding of agriculture and/or fintech sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high motivation, ownership, and willingness to learn, with experience using Google suites, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and meticulous organization for managing multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
