Mission
What you will drive
Business Development & Client Growth:
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and support long-term account growth.
- Actively sell EPE services to new prospective customers.
- Conduct high-level industry and market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales solutions.
- Manage BD goals and provide accurate BD and revenue forecast updates throughout the year.
CRM, Lead Management & Marketing Operations:
- Manage Salesforce, customer pipeline, and open orders to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Review inbound HubSpot leads, apply qualification criteria, and advance MQLs to SQLs.
- Serve as the internal expert for HubSpot communications related to events, campaigns, and webinars.
- Build and pull Salesforce reports to support marketing materials and BD insights.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Associate, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Experience managing Salesforce; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and problem solving skills.
