Business and Systems Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Lead initiative discussions, drive alignment across stakeholders, and ensure shared understanding of objectives and deliverables
• Own initiative lifecycles from framing to execution: define scope, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and KPIs in collaboration with DRIs
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including business requirements, project plans, process documentation, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and execution health reports
• Effectively translate complex business concepts into clear, concise, and accessible language for technical audiences

This role helps Redaptive reduce cycle times, scale operations, and execute the company's strategic Plan of Record, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of helping large companies modernize their infrastructure to become more environmentally sustainable and profitable.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology business partner or similar role, with strong emphasis on collaboration and communication
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related field
• Understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, and frameworks such as BPMN
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and Atlassian products
• Extensive hands-on experience working across a range of enterprise systems and tools (CRM, ERP, workflow automation, analytics tools)
