Business Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects encompassing the full scope of fundraising software systems
• Drive business process improvements, configure and customize systems, develop reports and data visualizations
• Manage user acceptance testing, provide end-user training, oversee deployment, and deliver post-launch support
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and promote organizational growth

This role creates positive change by helping nonprofit and higher education organizations optimize their fundraising software systems, enabling them to more effectively raise funds and support their missions.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes, providing recommendations, and guiding technical and nontechnical teams in implementing changes
• 1-2 years of experience or proficiency with CRM systems (Blackbaud, Salesforce, and other technology)
• Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders who have varying technical expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and organized with ability to manage complex workflows

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $83,000 to $99,000 per year
