Business Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects encompassing the full scope of fundraising software systems
• Drive business process improvements, configure and customize systems, develop reports and data visualizations
• Manage user acceptance testing, provide end-user training, oversee deployment, and deliver post-launch support
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and promote organizational growth

This role creates positive change by helping non-profit and higher education organizations optimize their fundraising software systems, enabling them to better achieve their missions and serve their communities through improved operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes, providing recommendations, and guiding technical and nontechnical teams
• 1-2 years of experience or proficiency with CRM systems (Blackbaud, Salesforce, or similar)
• Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders who have varying technical expertise
