What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and support projects encompassing the full scope of fundraising software systems
- Drive business process improvements, configure and customize systems, develop reports and data visualizations
- Manage user acceptance testing, provide end-user training, oversee deployment, and deliver post-launch support
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and promote organizational growth

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3-6 years of experience analyzing business processes, providing recommendations, and guiding technical and nontechnical teams
- 1-2 years of experience or proficiency with CRM systems (Blackbaud, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders who have varying technical expertise
