Business Analyst - HR Systems

• Facilitate system enhancement requests and coordinate release schedules with stakeholders
• Perform research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility
• Create detailed documentation of user requirements and partner with development teams
• Support quality assurance efforts and provide testing support throughout development lifecycle

This role supports Republic Services' environmental mission by ensuring efficient HR systems that enable the company's 41,000 team members to focus on creating a more sustainable world through waste management and recycling services.

• 2-4 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role
• Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with software vendors and implementation partners
