Business Analyst Global Product Group DT

As a Business Analyst in the Global Product Group Distribution & Traction Transformers team, you will:

• Lead functional and business analysis for core digitalization projects including Digital TrafoSignature, ECS, IBA and Matterport across 25 factories
• Design, develop, and maintain GPG DT Power BI reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and processes
• Collaborate with global teams, HUBs, and factories to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions

This role contributes to Hitachi Energy's mission of advancing a sustainable energy future by driving digital transformation and data-driven decision making across global manufacturing operations, enabling more efficient and sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and report scheduling
• Good knowledge of data modeling, visualization, and integration from multiple sources (e.g., SAP, SQL, Azure, Power Automate)
