Business Analyst, Digital Initiatives

• Work with the supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs
• Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents and lead system development projects
• Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
• Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform

This role contributes to the global energy transition by developing digital solutions that enable faster project delivery, higher performance, and greater reliability for utility-scale solar power plants.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems
• Experience with Anaplan, Coupa or similar supply chain-oriented business systems required
• Highly analytical, commercially savvy, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization
