What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support for multiple grant budgets and meet regularly with Project Directors and Grant Business Partners to provide budget projections, discuss planned costs, review available financial options, and address budgetary implications
  • Review expenditures to ensure all expenses are properly documented, comply with PRI policy and federal regulations, and are applicable to grant goals and objectives
  • Compile financial data and collaborate with the Director and Grant Business Partners to prepare applicable financial reports for annual reporting purposes
  • Conduct training with partners and staff regarding budgetary and grant expenditure requirements

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • 2-3 years financial and/or budgetary experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with superior interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with computer skills including data processing and spreadsheet experience (Banner experience preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently by car and plane regionally and nationally
