Mission
What you will drive
Main responsibilities:
- Execute Lunter marketing plans with strong understanding of local nuances, ensuring cultural relevance and adapting brand communication to resonate with local market characteristics
- Lead execution of trade marketing plans from ideation to implementation, collaborating with sales teams to maximize rotation of Lunter brand in stores
- Identify untapped opportunities for Lunter brand, Private Label and Tofu category growth by utilizing insights into consumer behaviors and market trends
- Foster relationships with local organizations, influencers, ambassadors, and trade partners to increase brand presence across various channels
- Take charge of social media presence in collaboration with Communication Manager & external agencies, suggesting engaging locally relevant content

Requirements:
- University degree with commercial background (start-up experience is a plus)
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in brand and trade marketing (FMCG)
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-growing business environment with limited budget resources efficiently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of turning challenges into opportunities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and keen eye for market trends
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French and/or Spanish considered strong advantage)
