Brand & Marketing Communications Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead brand marketing initiatives that raise awareness, build credibility, and differentiate 3E across all media channels
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with 3E's growth strategy, supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and top-of-funnel demand generation
• Write, edit, and review clear, compelling customer-facing content including campaign copy, content, customer announcements, and onboarding or renewal communications
• Manage production of multimedia content (digital, social, video, and print), ensuring brand consistency and alignment with key messages

This role shapes how 3E is perceived across the market, connecting messaging and storytelling to deepen customer trust and market engagement, ultimately supporting the company's mission to create a safer and more sustainable world.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on brand, content, or integrated campaign management within SaaS, EHS markets, or other highly technical or regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience crafting messaging for executives, customers, and thought leadership
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns that balance creative storytelling with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes

Compensation and benefits:

• Anticipated salary range: $105,000-135,000 per year
