B&P Digital Delivery Lead

Digital Strategy & Leadership

• Shape and coordinate the B&P EUR&I Digital Delivery Strategy, aligned to global and regional business goals
• Act as the regional point of contact for B&P digital initiatives
• Regularly update B&P Leadership, TPG, and wider stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and challenges

Collaboration & Integration

• Engage with Discipline and Country Digital Leads, AI Development teams, EC counterparts, and TPG business units to align priorities and delivery
• Lead digital coordination with EC to ensure consistency and standardisation across teams

Digital Capability & Adoption

• Evaluate and enhance regional digital capabilities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Drive adoption of approved software, AI solutions, tools, and digital processes across project delivery
• Coordinate with Operations Support on software approvals and usage
• Lead implementation of Digital Healthy Starts, project setup standards, and digital delivery support frameworks

AI & Innovation

• Coordinate with AI Development teams to identify, pilot, and embed effective AI solutions for B&P
• Encourage innovation and best practice sharing across disciplines and geographies

Community & Team Leadership

• Lead a network of Discipline and Country Digital Leads to build a strong regional digital community
• Establish discipline-specific digital strategies aligned with the overall B&P Digital Strategy
• Lead communications, engagement, and awareness of digital initiatives across B&P teams
• Support training and capability development to ensure teams meet digital delivery requirements

Bids & Client Value

• Support key bids and proposals, providing compelling digital delivery content that demonstrates value, innovation, and differentiation

This role accelerates adoption of digital tools and AI into project delivery, driving productivity, quality, and consistency across services while supporting business growth and client value through market-leading digital outcomes.
