Mission
What you will drive
- Reconcile organization's books in QuickBooks Online and coordinate with volunteer treasury committee for compliant bookkeeping.
- Manage annual tax filings with federal, state and local governments in coordination with a contracted CPA.
- Maintain organization's insurances, business registrations, permits, and SAM.gov registration.
- Submit monthly reports to the Board of Directors and attend meetings.

- Non-profit administration experience (1+ year).
- Experience bookkeeping in QuickBooks (2+ year).
- Self-driven with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred: experience with member-based nonprofits, affordable housing/cooperatives, Slack, Google Workspaces, regulatory compliance.
