Mission

What you will drive

  • Reconcile organization's books in QuickBooks Online and coordinate with volunteer treasury committee for compliant bookkeeping.
  • Manage annual tax filings with federal, state and local governments in coordination with a contracted CPA.
  • Maintain organization's insurances, business registrations, permits, and SAM.gov registration.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Board of Directors and attend meetings.

What makes you a great fit

  • Non-profit administration experience (1+ year).
  • Experience bookkeeping in QuickBooks (2+ year).
  • Self-driven with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: experience with member-based nonprofits, affordable housing/cooperatives, Slack, Google Workspaces, regulatory compliance.
