Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Code bank transactions in a timely manner and maintain GAAP Accounting standards on an accrual basis
  • Complete bank reconciliations of the previous month's books by the 15th of every month and keep all relevant documentation organized in online systems
  • Track all grants and time-restricted net assets, ensuring donor-restricted funds are used according to agreements
  • Prepare board financials with narrative notes, file 1099s annually, and assist with yearly audit and 990 review
