Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Code bank transactions in a timely manner and maintain GAAP Accounting standards on an accrual basis
- Complete bank reconciliations of the previous month's books by the 15th of every month and keep all relevant documentation organized in online systems
- Track all grants and time-restricted net assets, ensuring donor-restricted funds are used according to agreements
- Prepare board financials with narrative notes, file 1099s annually, and assist with yearly audit and 990 review
