Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of all accounts payable, enter bills and invoices into Bill.com, accurately code QuickBooks bank feed, and reconcile gift records monthly with Development
- Manage entry of volunteer stipends into Bill.com as well as payroll journal entries in QuickBooks
- Process Accounts Payable & Code Accounts Receivable, manage the QuickBooks bankfeed, work with Development to code revenue and reconcile monthly
- Manage autopay bills, online bill payments, enter invoices & enter volunteer stipends in Bill.com, handle staff mileage and expense report maintenance and reimbursement processing, and create invoices for school partners

- 2+ years of experience in non-profit finance
