Bookkeeper

• Maintain day-to-day financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Track grant funds and restricted donations separately and accurately.
• Produce reliable financial data for the Treasurer, Board, auditors, and Form 990 preparation.

This role ensures accurate financial management for a nonprofit organization, enabling effective stewardship of donor funds and supporting the organization's environmental mission.

• Strong nonprofit fund accounting fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with a small organization managing multiple grants, related-party vendor relationships, and capital equipment.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
