Board Relations Support

• Develop, coordinate, and finalize materials for Advisory Board meetings and engagements, establishing a repeatable operating rhythm.
• Drive strategic integration execution through project management, stakeholder coordination, and executive communications.
• Create executive-level communications including presentations, briefing materials, and reports that translate complex information into clear narratives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, supporting governance and leadership requests while navigating ambiguity.

This role directly supports the acceleration of clean energy transition by enabling informed decision-making and governance for Intersect Power, which develops innovative energy solutions and modern infrastructure to preserve the planet for future generations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities and financial literacy, including ability to interpret financial statements.
• Experience supporting executive communications, board governance, investor relations, or corporate strategy.

Total Compensation: $118,000 - $137,000 (base salary + bonus in USD).
