Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the annual governance cycle for C40 Inc. Board and UK Board, including sub-committees, ensuring seamless execution of decision-making processes.
  • Sub-edit all governance papers to maintain consistent style, clarity, and grammatical perfection; translate complex data into high-impact visual presentations for Board-level audiences.
  • Coordinate internal communications, including all-staff newsletter and calls, and manage cross-departmental procurement and administrative support.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-4 years experience managing projects to a high standard with a process-first mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven editorial excellence and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Experience with Asana (or similar PM tools), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Experience working on governance/board relations processes and ability to handle highly sensitive confidential information.
