What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes and workflow for composite parts
- Assist in design for tooling and fixtures required for manufacturing aerospace components
- Generate manufacturing bill of materials and review drawings/3D models to ensure design intent
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause corrective actions, and perform continuous improvement

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing critical composite aerospace components
- Understanding of composite manufacturing methods and aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
- Ability to read engineering drawings, interpret CAD models, and CAD design experience (NX preferred)
