What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate manufacturing processes and workflow for composite parts
  • Assist in design for tooling and fixtures required for manufacturing aerospace components
  • Generate manufacturing bill of materials and review drawings/3D models to ensure design intent
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, lead root cause corrective actions, and perform continuous improvement

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing critical composite aerospace components
  • Understanding of composite manufacturing methods and aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, interpret CAD models, and CAD design experience (NX preferred)
