Mission
What you will drive
- Identify and engage at least 40 new Black-led organizations focused on membership growth and base-building, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Facilitate visioning sessions and design tailored action plans to integrate just transition and climate justice into organizational priorities.
- Provide resource support, including sharing tools, training, funding opportunities, and managing resource requests.
- Plan and host two regional convenings, monthly calls, and maintain consistent communications to foster accountability and momentum.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Deep understanding of and commitment to Black Liberation, Climate Justice, and Just Transition principles.
- Experience in organizing, growing, and maintaining coalitions or networks of aligned movement organizations.
- Experience working with base-building and membership-based organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate vision and action planning sessions.
