Billing Assistant

• Enter new and updated customer contracts into system and update existing customer contracts as needed.
• Compare data entered to source documentation for accuracy and completeness, making corrections when needed.
• Scan source documents as PDFs into the document storage system and ensure all billing-related documents are properly stored and accessible.
• May gather and summarize supplemental billing information, transmit digital customer billing invoices, or upload billing information into customer payment platforms.

• 0-2 years of experience in entering, maintaining, and validating service and billing data and preparing customer invoices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with knowledge of basic computer functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work well within a team and eagerness to learn new skills.
