What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review, edit, write, and develop Spanish-language content for the School Age Basics training delivered in Genially and 360Learning platforms
- Participate in the transcreation process to review translated material for alignment to specific audiences and modify translated evidence-based research materials for accessibility
- Support completion of the School Age Basics transcreation project and manage it regularly, including facilitating external workgroup reviews
- Participate in meetings with project partners and regularly communicate goals, milestones, and project timelines with supervisor and project teams

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working in and/or supporting licensed school age child care programs in Washington State
- Biliterate in English and Spanish with experience in writing, public-speaking, and translating these languages
- Strong experience designing, writing, developing and editing culturally sustaining professional development materials related to school age child care and youth development
- Established or deep understanding of racial equity, biases, and culturally responsive practices
- Must have a valid STARS ID #
