Bilingual LATAM Relationship Manager, Customer Financial Solutions

• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with JLG's regional sales teams, external customers, and third-party funders to provide financial solutions for JLG products in the Caribbean, Latin & South America.
• Identify and build out a network of lenders in the region to support customer financing needs and increase financing capacity.
• Provide training and support to JLG Regional Sales Teams on financing solutions and structuring customer offers.
• Review and analyze customer financial statements, risk, cash flows, and collateral to structure appropriate financing solutions.

This role creates positive change by providing financial solutions that enable customers in the Caribbean, Latin & South America to access JLG's innovative equipment, supporting safety and efficiency in the construction and access industries.

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3-plus years of related experience.
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (both Spanish and Portuguese preferred).
• Experience working with lenders in the Caribbean, Latin & South America and structuring financing transactions.
• Credit underwriting background in equipment financing or rental industry with understanding of Equipment Leasing and Finance Accounting principles.
