Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Remote, Part-Time – Weekend Required)

• Respond to inbound text messages and occasional phone calls from people seeking food assistance.
• Listen without judgment and refer clients to local food resources with empathy and care.
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and cultural humility.
• Collaborate closely with a small, passionate remote team.

You will directly help hungry families navigate food assistance, connecting them to free food resources in their communities during difficult times.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communicator with deep empathy and patience.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet workspace; must be located in Maryland, Texas, or Georgia.

$15/hr, 401k with 4% match, 1 week PTO and 1 week sick leave (accrued at 1/30 hours worked). Part-time, remote, mission-driven nonprofit with a warm and collaborative culture.
