BESS Service Coordinator

• Assist the Senior Service Manager in developing project plans and coordinating daily activities for energy storage projects.
• Manage resource allocation, including scheduling, spare parts inventory, vendor screening, and contract management.
• Conduct Risk Assessments, prepare Method Statements, and maintain Health and Safety qualifications tracker.
• Oversee purchase orders, manage company assets, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

This role supports the deployment and maintenance of energy storage systems, enabling greater integration of renewable energy and reducing reliance on fossil fuels, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, with renewables or service background required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Project scheduling; P6 is an asset.

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 annual salary plus annual bonus. Additional benefits include training programs, promotional opportunities, and flexible work options to support work-life balance.
