Mission
What you will drive
- Review and engineer battery energy storage systems (BESS) ensuring compliance with contracts, utilities, and AHJ requirements.
- Serve as technical contributor across electrical, civil, structural, SCADA, and HV engineering scopes.
- Manage Engineers of Record and third-party engineering partners for timely delivery.
- Provide engineering support during construction, testing, commissioning, and energization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of electrical engineering experience with focus on BESS, renewables, or power systems.
- Knowledge of BESS design, integration, optimization, lithium-ion batteries, inverters, BMS, and grid interconnection.
- Experience with power system analysis tools (PSS/E, PSCAD) and simulation tools.
