Mission
What you will drive
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing strategic plans for energy storage solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with product development, delivery, customer success, software engineers, and electrical teams to ensure optimal deal structuring and project partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in the western half-USA utility market.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with potential clients while following industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in sales or business development, specifically with utility companies in the distributed energy space.
- Minimum BS degree in engineering or technical field, with in-depth understanding of the utility space and industry trends.
- Experience with electric power, renewable energy (solar, wind, and battery), battery storage, power converters, or power system design.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and high proficiency with Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM programs like Salesforce.
