How to Apply for Behavioral Communication & Content Designer, Mobile Care Companion

at Noora Health

๐Ÿข About Noora Health

Noora Health is a nonprofit that leverages behavioral science and technology to improve health outcomes for caregivers and patients, particularly in low-resource settings. Their mobile care companion app directly empowers families to provide better care, making their work deeply impactful and mission-driven.

About This Role

As a Behavioral Communication & Content Designer, you'll craft content and communication strategies that drive behavior change through the app. You'll use behavioral science to design nudges and messages that help caregivers adhere to care plans, making a tangible difference in patient recovery and family well-being.

๐Ÿ’ก A Day in the Life

You might start by analyzing user engagement data to identify drop-off points in the app, then brainstorm behavioral nudges with the product team. Afternoons could involve writing and testing content variations (e.g., SMS reminders, in-app messages) and collaborating with designers to prototype new features. You'd also review user feedback to iterate on communication strategies.
