B2B Marketing Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Design and implement B2B marketing strategy
• Segment B2B target groups and adapt communication to each segment
• Collect and process valuable business references, case studies, and feedback from existing partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, projects, communication) to align marketing activities with business goals
• Review existing marketing materials and define/create new materials based on B2B target group needs
• Conduct regular personal visits to partners across the Czech Republic

This role strengthens B2B marketing activities related to the V-Label trademark, thereby increasing ProVeg's impact in accelerating the transition to a sustainable global food system by making plant-rich foods and alternative proteins more accessible and appealing.

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and marketing communication
• Ability to plan and implement marketing activities targeting B2B audiences (campaigns, events, collaborations)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with partners
• Organizational skills and basic understanding of project management
• Desire to develop marketing skills and grow in B2B and strategic collaboration
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Active knowledge of English (B2-C1 level)
• Willingness to work with tools like Wrike and Slack
• Alignment with ProVeg's vision and mission
