Azure DevOps Lead

• Lead collaboration with global DevOps, SRE, and development teams to define and enforce CI/CD standards.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex build and release pipelines across multiple environments.
• Own release governance, deployment planning, and production readiness.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and developers on CI/CD best practices, branching, and promotion strategies.

This role drives automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence for Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT), enabling comprehensive laboratory services for the world's largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies.

• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of source code management, branching strategies, code merges, promotion strategies, and NuGet.
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and pipeline analytics for continuous improvement.
• Ability to guide multiple teams and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration and management.
• Proven expertise in Blue-Green Deployment strategies for zero-downtime releases.
• Automation of environment spin up and spin down, including scripting and infrastructure provisioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in DevOps with at least 4 years in Microsoft technology stack.
