Mission
What you will drive
- Organize and engage solar supporters in rural Arizona communities through events, education, and advocacy.
- Mobilize supporters to influence utility-scale solar and battery storage projects and local ordinances.
- Coordinate solar co-ops and provide technical assistance to individuals and organizations going solar.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Resident of Arizona with minimum 2 years experience in advocacy, online engagement, or communications.
- Ability to work remotely with frequent in-state travel (20%) and overnight stays.
- Proficient computer skills including online facilitation and social media.
- Preferred: fluency in Spanish, knowledge of Arizona energy/environmental issues, strong public speaking.
