AVP – Data & Analytics (Climate & Infrastructure Expert) - India

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of IIX's impact investment digital platforms, including IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™
• Transform impact and ESG data into actionable analytics, dashboards, benchmarks, and decision-support tools for investors and enterprises
• Oversee data taxonomy design and ensure consistency between raw data, scoring outputs, and reported impact metrics
• Guide the integration of advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM-powered search and automated quality checks

This role drives global change in gender equality and climate action by transforming impact and ESG data into actionable tools that help mobilize capital for sustainable development, positively impacting millions of lives and reducing carbon emissions.

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, data platforms, or analytics systems within impact investing, ESG, climate, or sustainable finance contexts
• Strong understanding of impact investing, climate finance, and sustainability frameworks (SDGs, IRIS+, IFC PS, ADB ESS)
• Demonstrated experience working with data systems, analytics platforms, or dashboard-driven products as a product owner or manager
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly digital workflows
