AVP, Dams Growth Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders to develop business growth strategies for dams and hydropower in Colorado, Mountain, and Four Corners area based on market trends
• Identify and pursue opportunities within the business line and adjacent sectors; coordinate pursuits with the Dams & Hydropower Division Manager and Growth Lead
• Lead the pursuit of major dam and hydropower projects, driving major proposals and engaging with clients
• Serve as program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing teams on major dams and hydropower projects and programs

This role contributes to ensuring the longevity and safety of critical water infrastructure and making a meaningful impact on global water resources through innovative dam and reservoir engineering solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in business development and growth strategy for dams and hydropower projects
• Experience in client-facing activities, building relationships with clients, team partners, industry groups, and stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate with technical practice leads and division managers to match team skills with market trends
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects
