Mission

What you will drive

  • Perform Quality Assurance audits to support X-energy's reactor development project
  • Ensure suppliers comply with applicable customer, NRC, DOE and CNSC requirements through surveillances, commercial grade surveys, and audits
  • Guide auditors and technical specialists during audits and provide on-the-job training
  • Support safety culture and Quality Assurance activities related to supply chain, graphite, and fuel qualification programs

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in quality/mechanical/industrial engineering or related field from accredited college or university
  • Typically ten years of experience in relevant quality assurance role required
  • Certified nuclear Lead Auditor credentials with objective evidence leading nuclear-specific audits
  • Knowledge in Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) and quality assurance regulations including 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, CSA standards
