Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead support delivery and partnerships for audience growth and monetization across portfolio organizations.
  • Drive portfolio understanding of excellence in audience development and monetization through briefings, workshops, and coaching.
  • Manage a network of specialist contractors and vendors, defining scopes of work and ensuring quality.
  • Develop insights and learning experiences (accelerators, playbooks) to build core competencies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Senior leadership experience with direct ownership of audience growth and/or revenue in a newsroom or media organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead effective support strategies for media organizations.
  • Deep experience guiding complex expert-led projects, scoping ambiguous problems, and using data to iterate.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
