The Associate, Vaccines Program will support the development and implementation of the Vaccines Program. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Program Manager, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The role also involves communicating with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure the successful execution of program activities. The Associate will also assist in the development of program materials, including reports, presentations, and other documents. About the Role: The Associate, Vaccines Program will work closely with the Program Manager to achieve program goals and objectives. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, including coordinating meetings and events, maintaining accurate records and databases, and communicating with stakeholders. Assist in the development of program materials, including reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of program activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Develop and implement strategies to achieve program goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Program Manager to identify and prioritize program activities. Provide support for program evaluations and assessments. Assist in the development of program budgets and financial reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, global health, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as program management, administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
