Associate, Strategy & Growth, What Works Cities

• Support the execution of outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives to recruit cities for the What Works Cities initiative.
• Conduct research on cities, regional ecosystems, and public sector innovation trends to inform outreach prioritization.
• Manage the city engagement pipeline in CRM (Salesforce), track progression, and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze engagement data and pipeline trends to provide insights for improving outreach strategies.

This role helps city governments across the Americas use data and evidence to tackle pressing challenges, improving residents' lives and advancing economic mobility through more effective public services.

• 3-6 years general professional experience with a college degree (or equivalent), including 2-4 years in marketing, consulting, public sector, or related fields.
• Experience working with local government and a commitment to driving innovation in government effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, MS Office, Asana, Slack, WhatsApp.

Full-time, exempt position. Flexible home office location within the U.S. or Canada. Travel up to 30% annually. Compensation details not specified.
