Associate, Strategy

• Develop high-quality materials to support firm-wide strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth efforts
• Conduct targeted deep dives on priority themes (e.g., nuclear supply chain, climate physical risk, carbon markets) and produce market maps, thematic analyses, and internal briefings
• Help manage and activate Galvanize’s global network, capture insights, and drive follow-ups and introductions
• Design and execute strategic convenings (e.g., roundtables, executive dinners) and contribute to the Galvanize Solutions Summit

This role accelerates climate solutions by providing critical intelligence and strategic support to investment teams, enabling capital deployment into the energy transition and fostering partnerships that drive systemic change.

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investing, partnerships, or a high-growth operating environment
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with ability to distill complex information into clear insights
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
