About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of contracted services to customers.
• Review discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and requirements; clarifies uncertainties as needed.
• Replicate standardized solution design that achieves outcomes within the Workiva Platform.
• Interact with our valued customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions.
• Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform with a commitment to ongoing training.
• Embrace the dynamic balance of working collaboratively under guidance while seizing the opportunity to shine independently when the moment calls for it.

This role contributes to customer satisfaction and innovation by delivering standardized solutions and developing expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting using the Workiva platform.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
• 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
• Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms
• Fluent in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications
• Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred
• Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly
• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
• Ability to work under the direction of others, receive mentoring, and collaborate with peers
