Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support coordination and documentation for solar energy and climate-related projects, including government schemes and decentralized renewable energy initiatives
- Assist in tracking project progress, maintaining data, and preparing basic reports and coordination notes for internal and external stakeholders related to energy transition and last-mile delivery programs
- Coordinate with District collectors' office and support in the implementation of programmes related to renewable technology, green livelihood, etc
- Build relationships with local catalysts- NGOs, CBOs, CSOs, GPOs, and other stakeholders for program implementation

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Masters in subjects like Urban planning, Sustainable development, Planning and Architecture, Public Policy, Rural Development/Statistics, Public Policy and Governance, etc. Preferably from renowned institutes like IIM
- At least 2 years of work experience with minimum 1 year of prior working experience in integrated projects of mitigating issues of climate change/fossil energy
- Excellent communication skills and writing abilities to draft policy memos, proposals, project reports, etc.
- Possess knowledge and must have worked in the field of Solarization
