Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support coordination and documentation for solar energy and climate-related projects, including government schemes and decentralized renewable energy initiatives
  • Assist in tracking project progress, maintaining data, and preparing basic reports and coordination notes for internal and external stakeholders related to energy transition and last-mile delivery programs
  • Coordinate with District collectors' offices and support implementation of programs related to renewable technology and green livelihood
  • Build relationships with local catalysts (NGOs, CBOs, CSOs, GPOs) and other stakeholders for program implementation

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Urban Planning, Sustainable Development, Planning and Architecture, Public Policy, Rural Development/Statistics, Public Policy and Governance (preferably from renowned institutes like IIM)
  • At least 2 years of work experience with minimum 1 year in integrated projects addressing climate change/fossil energy issues
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities to draft policy memos, proposals, and project reports
  • Knowledge and prior work experience in the field of Solarization
