Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
- Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and resolve issues
- Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
- Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business and update customer relationship management tools

Required qualifications:
- High school/secondary school education (minimum)
- 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals
- Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments
- Excellent time management and territory management skills
