Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
  • Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and resolve issues
  • Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business and update customer relationship management tools

Required qualifications:

  • High school/secondary school education (minimum)
  • 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals
  • Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments
  • Excellent time management and territory management skills
