Associate, Real Estate Investment & Development

• Support expansion of EV Realty’s owned real estate portfolio by sourcing, underwriting, and executing acquisitions of properties for high-powered EV fleet charging hubs.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and developers to generate deal flow.
• Lead financial analysis, due diligence, and investment memo preparation for acquisition opportunities.
• Develop market expertise in target infill industrial and commercial submarkets, analyzing trends in EV charging and power infrastructure.

This role directly contributes to decarbonizing the transportation sector by building the infrastructure backbone for commercial fleet electrification, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and combating climate change.

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate-related field with strong academic record.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention to detail; ability to summarize complex issues.
