What makes you a great fit
- 1-2+ years of managing complex projects or recent graduate with solid foundation from previous roles in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Solar Development
- Detail-oriented with "zero defect" approach to problem solving and deliverables
- Eager to learn about solar development and commercial solar market
- Growth mindset with ability to question status quo and drive creative solutions
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Salary & Equity: Base salary range $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus equity in stock options.
