Associate Product Marketing Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for 1-2 of Uplight's solutions and products through market research, product positioning, collateral development, and team collaboration
• Extract key insights from market and solution analyses, synthesizing information for internal teams and market-facing collateral
• Contribute to Uplight's thought leadership by developing narratives demonstrating product value through case studies, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop training and enablement materials to support the Commercial Team's understanding of problems solved and market context

This role helps accelerate the transition to clean energy by developing marketing strategies for energy management software that balances the grid, reduces fossil fuel use, and saves money for energy customers.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in utility, energy and/or climate tech space with foundational understanding of market, business incentives, and regulatory environment
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize competing deadlines

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000 to $94,000 + Bonus
